Collaborative Counseling

Accepting new clients for Fall 2019

Change is a part of life, and ambivalence is part of the change process. I can help you learn how to work with your ambivalence in your efforts to change your mood, drug & alcohol use, or creative process.

The impact of our experiences can have lasting effects on our mind, body and spirit. I help people understand how trauma impacts their lives, and how to have compassion for yourself.

Living a recovery-focused life means so much more than clean time. I support people seeking recovery from depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or drugs & alcohol.
